Lead and coordinate all procurement and logistics activities within green hydrogen production projects integrated with renewable energy sources (such as solar and wind). Ensure the timely sourcing, contracting, and delivery of critical equipment (electrolyzers, compression systems, storage units, etc.) and associated services. Foster strong collaboration with the Project Manager and Technical Project Manager to enable seamless and efficient execution of technologically advanced projects in an international and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Procurement strategy: Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
-Team leadership: Manage Category Buyers, Buyers, Expeditors, and Logisticians, ensuring performance and process alignment.
-Supplier & contract Management: Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate key contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
-Risk management: Identify procurement risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-Cross-Functional collaboration: align procurement activities with Project Management, Engineering, and Construction teams.
-Logistics oversight: manage logistics operations, optimize supply chain flows, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
-Budget control: update project cash-out forecasts.
-Procurement planning: define procurement schedules and track critical milestones.
-PO & Document Management: ensure timely creation of purchase requisitions and supplier documentation tracking.
